Environmental Policy

Fischer Tech Ltd, a specialist manufacturer of precision engineering plastics components required in high volume for new electronics product innovations, is committed to protect and promote respect for the environment in all our operations.

Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) Policy

Provide the necessary occupational health and safety measures, equipment and training to ensure safe operations of all activities. All relevant staff shall be trained on occupational health and safety to promote the awareness and to avoid hazards in their works.Unsafe practices shall not be allowed at all times, they shall be prevented; occupational health and safety risk shall be minimized through the effective implementation of occupational health and safety management system.
Apart from management providing leadership, the intermediate management staff shall enforce occupational health and safety rules and procedures especially in production activities, and all employees shall take personal responsibility to prevent hazards from happening.
Continually improve our Occupational Health & Safety performance through setting objectives, defining management programs, conducting periodic management system audit and review.
Commit to comply with Occupational Health & Safety legislation, regulations and other requirements relevant to our activities.
Ensure that our policy is available to interested parties.

Business Ethics Policy

1) No Corruption, Extortion or Embezzlement
The highest standards of integrity are to be expected in all business interactions. Any and all forms of corruption, extortion and embezzlement are strictly prohibited resulted in immediate termination and legal action.
